INVITATION TO TENDER

Tenderers are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below:

PRIMARY EDUCATION

3	Warri South-West L.G.A. Delta State	Construction of 1no. prototype block of 4 no. pupils toilet (using reinforced concrete ground beam) at Isoun Primary School Isaba; Renovation of 1No.6 classroom block with an office (Block A) at Isoun Primary School Isaba.
4	Ughelli South L.G.A. Delta State	Renovation of 1no.6 Classroom block with an office at Asamana Primary School Arhawarin; Renovation of 1no.2 Classroom block with offices at Asamana Primary School Arhawarin; Renovation of 1no.6 classroom block with an office at Eruchwo Primary School Effurun-Otor.
5	Oshimili South L.G.A Delta State	Construction of 2No.3 classroom block without offices at Amakom 1 Primary School, Oko-Amakom.
6	Aniocha South L.G.A. Delta State	Renovation of 1no.6 Classroom block with offices (Block A) at Ikelike Model primary School, Ogwashi-uku; Renovation of 1no.6 Classroom block with offices (Block B) at Ikelike Model Primary School, Ogwashi-uku; Renovation of security gate house at Ikelike Model Primary School, Ogwashi-uku; Renovation of 1No.4 classroom block without offices at Idegwu Primary School Ubulu-uku.
7	Ika North East L.G.A Delta State	Demolition and Construction of 1No.4 classroom block with offices and toilets at Akwe Primary School Mbiri; Renovation of 1no.3 classroom block without offices (Block B) at Akwe Primary School Mbiri; Renovation of 1No.3 classroom block without an office (Block C) at Akwe Primary School Mbiri.
8	Ika North East L.G.A Delta State	Renovation of Administrative block with library and 4no. Toilet at Alasi Primary School, Bojo-Boji-owa; Renovation of 1no.4 Classroom block with 4no. Offices at Alasi Primary School, Bojo-Boji-owa; Renovation of 1no.3 classroom block at Alasi Primary School, Bojo-Boji-owa; Renovation of 1no.4 classroom block with 2no. Offices at Alasi Primary School, Bojo-Boji-owa; Construction of a block of 4no.toilet blocks at Alasi Primary School, Bojo-Boji-owa.
9	Ika South L.G.A Delta State	Construction of Prototype Two (2) Bedroom Semi-Detached Staff Quarters at Nkwor Primary School, Abavo; Demolition of Dilapidated Structure and Renovation of 1no. Two (2) classroom block with an office at Nkwor Primary School; Renovation of 1no. Three(3) classroom block with an office at Nkwor Primary School; Demolition – Construction of Gate House at Nkwor Primary School; Renovation of 1no.Four (4) Toilets at Aliohen Primary School, Aliohen-Abavo.

2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v).

3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Delta State Government;
ii. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc.;
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150, 000.00(One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the above projects.
vi. Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
vii. Evidence of Financial capability;
viii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
ix. Evidence of DSIR Card;

4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba for guidance.

5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:
The Secretary,
Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba.

6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.

7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.

8. Late bids after Thursday 17th September, 2026 by 12 noon, will be rejected.

9. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m Friday, 18th September, 2026 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Conference Room, Cluster E, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
